Love your videos. When i worked retail in the UK my boss always told me "if someone shoplifts, just let them take it, I don't ever want confrontation my in my shop with the customers" Needless to say we had a massive issue with theft, as everyone knew it was open season... One time I decided to stop someone as I had had enough of it I was fired, as "customer comes first"
