Gramps, would you share your day of eating? Being similar age (im 36), and being in really good shape, i believe i might learn or at least implement thing or two from ya :D Alongside it, it would be awesome to share your training regiment as well as amount of rides per week, type and length of rides etc, just so we can have a clue how active u are in comparison to ur diet. @@adbrayton its ok im 45 i think this year been 15 years of pain lol. Kailzie fishery is very close to inners. You probably pass loads on the way up depending what road you take. Season ticket for the tweed is a baragain. pike fishing in the hills nearish peebles. River clyde about 45 min drive from inners has river pike , and huge brownies yet again cheap for season ticket. just goodgle scottish borders fishing will open up what we have to catch or not catch depending on the day lol.
