i calculate it in the lengthy way after finding the position of nutral axis i applied centroid concept and problem become slightly lengthy but i got same answer.. But here you solve this using concept in a very smarter way.Loved it.

@@udaychaure1481 I think you are using (0.1/2) as the distance from base for calculating centroid for the vertical rectangle.I was using that and answer came out wrong

After finding neutral axis why can't i just use (sigma/y=M/I) and equate the moments but using that I'm getting answer as 0.675
