So incarnation cross of the unexpected over here. I think this cross requires a lot of surrender I feel. I wonder if with the attitude the cross of the unexpected can turn into the portal of miracles. I wonder if it can be mastered energetically

I believe you are correct. Lots of surrender. Similar to the Reflector type that is designed for surprise and awe. I think the same of this cross.

As a 27 and 28 Manifestor personality, how does one navigate? Manifestors are supposed to initiate, yet alignment and the unexpected happen? Seems like a massive cruel joke.

Without knowing your entire design, I would encourage you to have a profound relationship with self-nurturing first. The 28 is filled with adventure....How can you nurture yourself in the adventure of life so that the unexpected twists and turns become a game vs. being to serious about the shifts? Trust your internal urges to educate others to take care of self, no matter what the external circumstances look like!
