The LAX of Obscuration and the Global (Earth Plane) Shift from Cross of Planning to Sleeping Phoenix are two separate conversations..... The 61.1 will be leaving the Witness and Gate 54 will be the witness. The LAX Obscuration pulls others in the obscura....
