Yes stability has to be increased its like providing only one hinge at top or bottom for rigid stability we provide top and bottom hinges for door.

Looks good now.. but I doubt it Might not last long... As with single sliding door we face difficulty with the rusted wheels and joints....this might need substantially more maintenance of rusted joints and wheels...

Such doors have some cons too. Centipede/snake which are found in sewage/Naali/drainage line can enter your house easily because there is gap between surface & gate.

Its not about mansion or money, you can see poor people who doesn't have money to build a wall secure their property with plants and wooden stick. Kerala is one of the densest populated States in India, and land values are sky high. So without proper boundary ur neighbor might encroach and ur loss will be even a million depending up on location of property. Other reason is for security, and stray dogs. Even law States certain distance from other property to build a house, so u need to have a definite boundary. Other reason is for privacy, so that when u open ur bedroom window, ur neighbor cannot watch u

For the Kerala climate minimum an autorickshaw’s wheel must be fixed instead these type of small iron or steel wheels else once it start getting rust after a heavy rainy season u will have to jump on ur compound wall to enter home😜🤪
