Initial value theorem only applies to unilateral Laplace transform. Signal @ 18:30 not unilateral.

Sir,I have one & only doubt that is - "If Roc>1 ,then s~0 doesn't exist & for which final value theorem doesn't exist & the answer became wrong",please tell me in such kind of case where Roc doesn't satisfies the condition then what limit of "s" we should have to put....sir please reply...so that my doubt will be cleared very well. 😊

Is there a relation with mode while taking laplace for ROC and normal laplace as e^-t somewhere shown is 1/(s+1) and sometimes it shown as -1/(s+1)
