Tfs. The dead flower story is beyond the pale. Clearly the people who run HOAs have no life! I just discovered your channel and I'm enjoying the information. You're picking good topics to talk about. I also appreciate the sharing of your personal experiences. My only constructive criticism would be to cut the background music. I know a lot of channels on KZbin have background music but it can be distracting especially if you're a person looking to relocate to Florida. Moving is stressful. As I do my research, I would like to hear all of the information in one view of the video. If I have to watch a video twice because I miss information due to distracting background music, I probably won't watch anymore videos.

@@BradDohackGPP Hi Brad, sorry I did not see your question until just now. I am considering moving to the Bradenton, Florida. I am flying down there next month to stay for two weeks to look at schools and get an idea of the town. I don't want to buy right away tho. Relocating itself is stressful enough, I'm not going to add the stress of buying a home on top of that. I just want to find a good school for my daughter and settle in. Make sure we really like it and then maybe in a year or two, buy something.

We don’t live in a gated community but our new HOA want to make the street private. Our homes have sold for $400-500-k only. Why should I keep paying my taxes, if I’m not going to receive the service to maintain the streets and clean out our ditches which the county does right now. They want to keep the food pantry people from parking on our street for 3 hours on a Saturday morning.

Sometimes HOA's can be an asset....they keep the property value up in some cases. Just in case someone wants to paint their house Pepto Pink..... just sayin. They make sure the grass is cut and you're not taking your car parts and throwing then on the lawn etc.
