Hey, i believe that's the same cemetery that my girlfriend showed me. She never told me quite how she had come across such a secluded place. Hmmm, lol I do recall being there on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, we were exploring, and reading the stones, looking at the names. Must have been near 1985? I'm nearly positive it was that same place, wow. Nice memory jog, thanks. I recall one headstone there in particular, because it had a rather odd inscription; On one side, it read "ONLY A CLOD" and i pondered that for a long time. If anyone can verify, please le me know. Wow, great stop, Ed.

Is there a name for the cemetary? We had quite a few of our Dutch relatives live in Comstock, they may be buried there. Plenty of old maids, or our relatives used to say " unclaimed jewels". Thanks Edward for finding history almost everyday!

@marydutch It's not on a Google search map. I found it on a reality site. It simply states, "Comstock Cemetery." It's really been secured. Unless you duck under the new gate, you can't get in. All new fencing. And that's good out there. I'm sure they don't want any problems. It's just a quiet place to rest in peace. 🤠🇺🇸
