Simply put and physics aside, it's that feeling you get on a coaster when you feel yourself lifting off the seat, being held down by only the restraint. You often feel it on hills that you speed over or drops. These restraints push down on you so hard you can't feel yourself lifting off your seat.

Izzy StradlinFan there is a math and science behind these roller coasters you would only pass out if these beasts of roller coasters succumbed over 7 Gs. You'll be just fine.

The G0ldenApple - really it's more of an exposure time than just a force, it also depends on the individual and what they're used to. Stunt Pilots experience up to 10 G's and come out of it alright, it's all in the training and technique, plus the individual (obviously someone with heart problems would have a bit more difficulty with it). Coasters aren't anywhere near that though, so like you said, there's no risk if you don't have some kind of heart issue already.

Gatekeeper is actually a pretty chill ride compared to the other ones at Cedar Point.

Riding a rolercoaster doesnt make you fear less & brave your actually being dumb by risking your life!

You're not risking your life!! List an incident of someone being killed by a mechanical roller coaster error, I'll wait.

Great video and good job young man......I actually like the restraints, it seems to me like it forces you to have to hold on....good safety measure.....I'm a thrill seeker and I love having my hands up on a roller coaster but I do like this idea
