This is what I really love about Tower of Fantasy, the character relations was too touching and deep. It feels like you are actually watching an anime series while playing. VA's on point (Japanese dub ofc.) Too emotional on these simulacra quest (Lin/Ruby) when doing it.

I gotta hand it to the ToF VA's and songwriting staff. I've listened to CN, EN, and JP versions of this song and they're all pretty equal in quality with minor differences, and they didn't just make completely different songs even if the translations aren't perfect (which they couldn't help if they wanted it to sound good).

Even though this kind of music is very specific towards a sub-culture. It just sounds weird in English. It's easier with the rythem of their language the way it's composed. Apart from that they use different techniques, inherited from classical filmic music and jazz and funk transitions on top of that. As a Instrumentalist I totaly dig this mixture of styles. Japanese always been good musicians.

The ENG ver doesn't have sound in the game, it's horrendous just see an animation where you just can hear the crowd and not the real deal. I don't know why don't leave this version for everyone, sounds cool. But... what can we spect of a game just of wifus and nothing more?

The JP voices (Global) was odd in this one. Scene was not voiced (no sound), and Lin does not sound like this at all. She has a much deeper voice in the one I saw. This one is like way better sound quality wise as well. I'm actually kinda confused. lmao
