explanation via food we eat as told in video - SaaS - you order food and eat PaaS - you have raw food items to prepare the food, but chef else will prepare and you eat. IaaS - you have raw food items, you know how to cook, but you use someone else's gas stove and mixer to prepare food and you eat. On premises - the entire kitchen is owned by you and you have gas stove, food raw items, you know how to cook, you do these all and you eat.
