Why do some airmen not have the flight caps on? It doesn’t look cohesive, especially for their graduation of all moments to forget them.

During the ceremony the wind was blowing heavily that day and we were instructed that if your cap gets blown off your head you don't break formation to pick it up.

let’s think! It’s windy, bobby pins aren’t allowed on caps and we can’t run out of formation to grab it bc it would look even less cohesive.
