I usually skip ads but this one really caught my eye cause it's just... really creative and wholesome. The concept is a fun twist to the online chat room idea, and seeing it in a professional light just shows that fun, light-hearted and creative tools can totally be implemented into the industry. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves in the future.

I saw this ad and was first intrigued in my friend’s name being the first thing I saw- but I kept watching because this is a really smart and clever way to make office life more fun. I love the customisation and Flexibility this app has, and it’s obvious how much effort you put into designing the small details, re. The follow feature. Gonna try using this in my workspace, exited to see how it goes!

Me and my team are currently using this and absolutely love it. We are a Web Dev team and love this whole idea. It lets us feel like we are in an office again, the little customization aspects and flare it has gives us a nice smile.

I agree. I normally maintain and run a small discord space for my gaming friends, but this seems really interesting and fun as an alternative. I would love to move to something more like this I think. Discord is great as a meta layer over other games and spaces, but using discord iteslf as a place to gather and talk just kinda feels... well you know, empty. But I and my other friends often don't like to be on video. I think this is a great solution to have a shared space, with genuinely charming avatars, and being able to have space management and voice chats in a way that has been clearly thought through, and that integrates well for occasional screensharing and other collaborative tasks that I would like to do at my PC.

The Pros and Cons of this ad Cons : None, Beautifully taught. Pros : The way you guys show each and every single feature in their own distinct ways. The run in, the follow tool, the koi pond, ringing someone from another tab, and the spotlight tiles. You guys could make this have games, such as tag and a cool version of tag called Hunt. You need to find a random person in the office and when you tag them, you get another target. The person with the most tags win.

My office has quite a bit of older workers and they're not as comfortable with technology. I love the idea, but I worry about whether its feasible to implement. This looks like something only startups where all the employees are trendy folks in their twenties and early thirties.

People won’t be going back to offices & working in cubicles if they can travel the world and work simultaneously. And if employers don’t allow for remote work it’s usually because they already invested so much money into their corporate real estate that they care less about the well being of the employees and more so about the workspace

I joined my first gather town conference last week, I really love the social presence it created for attendees. I actually get to know and chat 2 teachers just lie we did in physical conference, it is relatively not going to happen in other forms of virtual conference.

I had the opposite experience. I shouldn’t have to walk my character from conference room to conference room just to get the zoom link. Idc what my character looks like, just give me a zoom link to the talks I want to hear. I missed talks that I really wanted to hear because of this interface. This was a disaster for a professional conference and we still can only laugh about how silly it is to be basically playing a game boy game to access critical conference talks. I’m an older millennial with work to do and this is just silly and a waste of time.

How is that harder than signing up for different zoom calls, having to find the links for various calls? Not to mention, this promotes interactivity outside the rooms. While I think the idea is interesting, I don't quite understand the reason for it. Like I feel you could make it so much better than use it as an office space. Like for instance I could see a school doing something like this so the class would feel more involved. While I don't see most traditional schools using this method it certainly seems like a great Idea, especially for home school curriculum

I mean, I don't want to move the object in the MapMaker, I want an object that I or my freinds can grab and put somewhere else in the map. There's a self-created map with a chess game where I can grab the chess pieces and release wherever I want, even outside the chess board. I want something like that.
