Sitting here at 4 in the A.M. sucking down some coffee on a rough morning, my old bones aching. Luck was it popped up this video. Watching Henson running that bunch in the great wide open put a smile on my face. I don't talk too much about my life these videos keep me alive I am in a wheelchair now because I've been falling so often I've had to revert back to a wheelchair I used to be likely I used to break horses in the rodeos on the barrels I was big-time into the gymkhanas the small ones around the home until we had to move and I had to get rid of my animal So you bring joy into my life because that was my life when I was young❤ it started at 8 and we'll just go until 15 it was smaller than yours 30 ponies in my two horses and I took care of all of them actually trained them so they were children safe thank you for the videos I usually cry at the end because I can't do it anymore but at least I can watch it it's the best watch on the videos I think you and Steve Young keep me alive videos thank you

I miss those days of "hands on those colts " . Caught many a mare s to be vet checked & AI in my days . Breeding days were Monday/ Wednesday / Friday . If you put your arm around the colts neck & the other @ the base of the colts tail next to his butt is good way to restrain those colts .

OMG that drone gather footage was awsome and you showed our favorite stallion and his band. Henson wearing the buckle you won at Barrels cause a serious debate around our dinner table, with my pre teen niece winning with a 'he's just getting in touch with his feminine side' but my 7 yr old nephew came a close second with 'he just likes shiny objects like me'.

When we started with choppers we didn't see well but after 12 months we found the bull's within minutes of taking off as for the boys, the horse s know where they are so you cannot lose them. Happy days O and I love drone footage because you see the top of hamsons 🤠 hat❤😂🎉😢😮😅😊

Have you ever considered Freeze Branding? That was what we used on the Arabians and Standardbreds?

Branding with a hot iron is just more efficient for us. With freeze branding you have to sedate the horse and setting/keeping the branding iron on the flesh takes significantly longer. So this is just more efficient, works well for us, and we don’t have to inject any drugs into our animals or wait for them to come out of a sedated state. (We brand over 50 foals/year)
