I actually liked fishing in Legion the best. being able to level up the fishing pole was fun. I didn't fully max mine out though, because it was hell of a grind

It's good to see, so many of these gathering changes look to be direct responses to player feedback

I think one of the biggest issues with the specialization system as it is in Dragonflight (knowledge acquisition aside) is that it really isn't obvious how best to traverse the trees to accomplish your goal. In so many cases, you need to path into multiple specializations to max out a particular craft, and that isn't obvious at first glance.

In Dragonflight, the Auction House prices for the different item qualities didn't reflect the differences in quality at ALL! Refining lower quality items into higher quality items seemed to be a waste of time and money based on Auction House pricing.

Hmm from what you showed it looks like they simplified gathering..which is good..do you have any info on jewel crafting..or if the gear is going to have alot of gems slots or is it just the rings necks.?

Gear will probably have as much sockets as in DF..so not so much. Gonna be rings or necks again if they're good..and if you even get the design to be able to make the good ones.. *sigh*

Eh, Dragonflight was the first expansion I didn’t max out all my professions, and if this is the new normal I think that’ll be the end of my crafting and gathering time in WoW.

Bag space issues abound. Skinning + mining is my default for 98% of my toons above level 60. Saves the most amount of time + feels the quickest / easiest to level by far. For me that is. Herbalism is overly complicated. I just want to herb in a fast pace. No overloading, refining etc. Just farming or buying mats and then crafting. They tried tried redoing Legion and that system made me simplify a lot as well. The more toons I play the more decisive I neeed to be with how I use professions and why. Also I'm guessing the knowledge points stays the same. Rip the dream

well i stopped at 220 when mention of gathering herbs will replenish dragon ridding vigor I am a no dragon ridding camp , beside the fact that dragon ridding is hard for my hand which have pain , i can gather faster using normal flying which i hope we dont have to wait over a year for again

yeah honestly they need to add some accessibility options for dragonflying bc im sick of it after ab 30hrs of gameplay (recent resub, been off and on since BC)

i had some pain for a bit, but i switched to using a xbox controller. Works decently easily all you have to do is bind the keys in the settings. Im talking about an xbox controller made for connecting to the pc like 30 dollars

You can use normal flying at anytime

I don't know exactly off the top of my head, but standard flying (buffed to 400% btw) is unlocked shortly after completing the zone campaign. So, a bit less than a year wait.

I can't believe they will keep the DF system, is the worst I've seen in a game. It's time gated and there is no catch up system, if you miss a few weeks you will never get it back.

I really don't care for the asinine stereo instruction wording in the crafting profession. It's completely dei millennial thinking. It does nothing for the end user to understand.
