Gathiya Nu Shaak is a quick recipe which you can prepare for dinner and enjoy it with phulkas. This Gujarati recipe is prepared by cooking tomatoes and onions along with some masalas and condiments and is topped with Bhavnagri Gathiya. This recipe is very simple top rare and requires very few ingredients. To give this Gujarati shaak a different taste I have also added chana masala. This gives a nice finger licking taste to this Gathiya Nu Shaak.
