Ek galti aur naukri gayi samjho. Agar jyada serious kuch nahi bhi ho aur naukri nahi bhi jaye (jo ki rare case hai) to 'Demotion' to jarur ho jati hai.

सजग ट्रेन मैनेजर बगल वाली लाइन का OHE मास्ट नंबर देख कर लोको पायलेट को caution बताता है और speed कम ना होने पर इमर्जेंसी ब्रेक लगा सकता है। Gaurd ki भी पूरी जिम्मेदारी रहती है।

agar jha caution board rahta h 20 kmph ya 30 kmph to uske 1 km pahle caution indicator board lagta h taki usko lp dekhkar samjh jaye ki aage 1 km caution h , 1 km pahle se kaise nhi dikha , staff pe pressure h railway me abhi bhut kami h thakan k karan
