I had planned to attend to film but the heat would have been too intense for my old dog that follows me everywhere. Glad I opted not to go, it looks a little bleak.

They do the night glow every night now, so all the special shapes and several regulars are held back to participate in it. That said there’s only 20 balloons, including 6 special shapes, registered for this years festival.

@@BagpiperKevin back in '93 i took a photo in which one can count over 100 in the air...20 is a gathering, not a festival.
