Seriously bro, I'm born and raised in the Bay Area, and we moved to Knoxville 2 yrs ago and have no regrets! We live out in a rural town 40 mins away from Knoxville, and 15 mins away from another city for shopping, and we are surrounded by parks, trails, rivers/lakes, and only an hour away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! And you dont have to worry about being state ref'd out here... it's so nice lol. Only problem is lack of infrastructure in surrounding cities. I highly recommend living here bro!

I actually know a thing or two about ski lifts! I built a similar one although higher capacity, last summer. You were on a Doppelmayr fixed grip quad. Where the chair grips into the haul rope? The rope is so tight, they have to use hydraulic rams to pry it open in order to take the chair down from the line. You are actually in more potential danger driving for an hour! I'm glad to see the OG FRS is intact. Even with the warning, I made an audible sound when it spun lol keep livin' the dream bro
