I knew someone who was raped and harassed by a man who worked on campus. I convinced her to go to Title 9 and file a report. Because the incident happened without anyone around they can’t do anything about it, she would’ve had to file a police report. And because he sent pictures on snap and she never screenshot it all the evidence was gone. So they couldn’t do anything for her. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t have photos that this falls through unfortunately. Title 9 works differently than the law.
