I live this method. I am signing up Friday, when I make investments etc While I think this is a great way to already add to my realestate strategies. Could be pricey for the average person seeing how people are whining about the cost of a gallon of gas. I think if you guys did a down payment amount a grand or something then an ongoing monthly amount in the end will cost more but better than the two payment option or the full amount having to be paid so fast.

Hi, Pace! Just found you a few weeks ago through Michael Zuber's channel. Have spent a few weeks learning about you and am FIRMLY convinced to become a Gator Lender first and then a Subto student in a few months' time thereafter. I've just signed up for my PCS call but the VERY FIRST time they had available for a call is May 31st, yikes! I foresee zero problem qualifying for LOC, but want to be sure I can get in by the June 1st deadline for the Gator Lending training/Discord, so please help me make sure to get in even though I can't talk to PCS until May 31st (unless you can get my call moved up a bit?) Hey C! As long as you've scheduled a call with PCS before June 1st, you can get into the training. On your call with your PCS agent, make sure you ask about the Corporate Credit Program so you can join the tribe.

Never heard of this and have been blown away by this method and the subto training. Crazy awesome. I’m trying to get into real estate. I’ve got a nice size line of credit and want to start investing through lending. I have an Appt with pcs to setup my LLC and gonna setup bank account. What I don’t know what to do is how to get set of contracts and how to fill them out properly. What do I need to do to get a great set of contracts for this method?? Please explain why you need us to become a prime corporate credit member and applying for an llc is not good enough ? You mentioned in your videos that you don’t want to just do your lives for non action takers , so by someone going and applying for an llc with prime corporate should be enough, No ? The cost for Prime credit is a few thousand dollars, and most beginners don’t have the money too spend
