Scott Stricklin is a failed leader and sold out the program for his own laziness....mostly because he has no boss right now. That letter was 4 paragraphs of delusion and the ending demanding the Gator Nation shut up and fall in line (not likely). This letter...released now....is just because Billy is also losing control of the recruiting class and forced SS to do something he wasn't ready to do until the end of the season.

It’s a good decision. The record won’t reflect how much improvement UF made this season. Billy is a good guy. If they don’t win 8 next year they probably part ways. Go Noles!

Stricklin is coving his own a$$. He knows he won't be allowed to hire 3 coaches. Next year will be an other loosing season. Completely depressing and I don't trust his process his staff and its obvious that Billy is here to win football games

UF football is into moral victories. Recruiting is a disaster this year. More money, more resources, fewer wins than any other coach. 1-10 against rivals, 2-13 against ranked opponents. UF should be demoted to a lower league. This sets UF back several years. Our rivals and SEC foes love this move - laughing at the new Vanderbilt.

Financially it is not feasible for Florida to make a move right now, plus the team has improved incrementally as the season has progressed. Lagway is Nappier's meal ticket, on top of that their youth accounts for about 70% of the NIL money. Stay the course, and next season is his make or break year.
