Oh my god.... I am a Jain from Rajasthan.... this is the exact recipe I use. Just oil in place of ghee.... I am sure ghee will add a better flavor.... love your recipes... ❤❤❤

just a fun fact ... In Jodhpur ther is two types of gatte one that you have shown and other one is govind gatte which more soft it is so soft that it can break easily and shaped into small ballls
