This is great timing for us, our oldest son is going to southern Brazil to live as a missionary for the next 2 years. Everyone tell him about the Gauchos in Southern Brazil and Argentina. The dancing in this vid looked incredible. It reminds me a little of Flamenco in Spain.

I love museums with rooms showing how life was. Lunch and show, very cool. I would not be a good gaucho, but fun to try for a day. Ah that sucks about the credit card and missing Uruguay.

Man Argentina has some of the pretty horses they look so majestic! The way they move on the horse looks like they are gliding it is pretty remarkable. That guy spinning those two chains really fast gave me anxiety I would whack myself in the face lol

This is so cool! I always heard stories of guachos from my Argentinian friend but never saw this.

Oooh they give you wine on arrival? Nice one! Although maybe not the best before you ride a horse 😂 Yay for the good boys! The Argentina meat looks amazing. Damn, the dance looked like it was on x2 speed. how do they move so quick?! Yeah, it's sad about the horses. They really need to have a rota so each individual horse only takes part in a certain amount of work per day. They tried to grab hoops whilst blindfolded? I think I would have hit my head on the pole 🙈 Ah man a shame about the card and not going to Uruguay. I'm excited for your next series! Croatia next week?

Amy was drunk as hell. I was like "Na, just juice for me." but she told me that she was really drunk, after we arrived back in the hotel - before that, I haven't noticed. lol I know right? I can barely stand up from my couch. Next week Croatia! 😀

The food looks amazing! Argentina is on my bucket list for sure. What would you say your favorite experience there was?

Oooh, I think I would love this day trip. The steak looked amazing, loved the dancing during dinner. And...I always love seeing the horses and riding them. How much was the bus trip out and the cost to visit? Ugh, I hate card troubles overseas. So frustrating!!! We had an issue with our bank card during our visit to Germany and had to use the cash advance option on our AMEX card. Beautiful sunset on the skyline.

I think the cost were around 60$ per person for everything. Which I think is okay. Yeah it's annoying, happened to me a lot and especially in Asia. Sucks!

Wow any ideas what the stadium is at 0:24, looks huge! Looks beautiful at the ranch, but yeah, it’s a shame how the experience turned out. Sad to hear about the horses, you see this a lot when tourism is involved… Great sunset in the city though!

I didn't know what a gaucho was until I watched this, so thanks! (April can't believe I didn't know before, haha) How do they get the rings if they do it with their eyes closed? Crazy how fast he was swinging the...what was it exactly? April says she wants to do the Argentian Tango with me in Buenos Aires :-D So did you like the horseback ride? Man, I can relate to you about the bank card being blocked! I had that issue in Europe in March even though I confirmed with my bank twice to make sure they were aware of all the countries/cities I was traveling to. Frustrating!
@RobsQuest5 жыл бұрын
Well... I can't believe it too! 😂I have no idea how - I think they trust the horse and then it's just practicing. The thing was a throwing weapon called "Boleador" it is a rope with two heavy balls on it... okay that sounds weird. Oh you should try to dance Tango ! I'm German.. I move like a tree, it's in my DNA. I absolutely can't dance. It was nice, it was my first time on a horse :D

OMG that is so annoying about your card! I mean, it's a good thing your bank is on the ball with security but it sucks that you couldn't get to Uruguay because of that. I've had my card blocked while overseas before too and it's soooo annoying because it's like, no guys, it's really me I promise. 😁 Love the dancing! The poor horses though. 😥

Too bad the gauchos and ranch was what you expected it to be. I feel just like you, a little sad to see the horses work all day, every day, carrying tourists around on their back. How annoying of your bank to block your creditcard and to not notify you! That's really not cool.
