Welcome to the third episode of "Saddling Up the World". In this last chapter of our Gaucho trilogy, we explore three of their greatest passions: the ranch life, the barbecue tradition and rodeos.
"Saddling Up the World" is a series that presents in each episode human stories and stories of horses, and the unique experiences that result when these merge into one. Our quest is to decode that spiritual dialogue that invades every space that has been touched by a horseman and his horse.
These are the stories of men and women on horseback. Of an alliance that was forged millennia ago, and today flourishes beyond civilizations and languages.
