self realisation means the kundalini is awakened. all the chakras on all 3 channels are open. he is not self realised. to know more about self realisation & how to get it u can see videos of shri mata ji nirmala devi. u can get realisation while watching her videos & following the steps as she tells in the video. u will experience what it feels like. type shri mata ji giving self realisation.
