I have seen big time cheepos from South Delhi, i have seen good looking south delhi people travelling in dtc buses. There are all sorts of people everywhere. True there are really many shabby places in east delhi, infact mostly. But there are few good colonies as well where sophistocated classy people live and they have real standards. There r many shabby places in south delhi too.
