The place where I live 10 Crores have been confirmed by government to make road from highway to every local area.The price is so much because in 1999 the sewage operators dug the sewage pipes right beneath the WHOLE CITY ROADS and that costed them 5 crore that time.AND THEY HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN.
