Holy crap! I've seen a bunch of gaussian splats implementation videos but somehow none that animated the scene, this looks super cool!

Thanks! It's really satisfying controlling it live too (midi controller). I'm integrating the rendering part into my existing simulation stuff, the next few tests are going to be fun.
