Technical Architecturally Mr Agarwal you are partially right. You can not have 100% Solar power production at point of consumption. Its not possible to have 100% rooftop panels, there are various safety constraints. Also for commercial use which has large power requirements have to rely on remote production and transmission. Also putting power back on the grid and similar concept require huge amount of end user hardware replacement because it requires special meters that handle such designs. I am not speaking politically at all, that is beyond my understanding here.
