You actually missed many parts In 2000 sensex falls 50% without making negative divergence 2006- 2007 sensex RSI was making bullish divergence and it fall 63% About pe ratio #Nse changed method of Nifty pe ratio in 2021 and now PB ratio in 2023 which translated 30% drop in #nifty valuations as per previous methods today nifty pe should be above 27 and pb ratio over 4.5 The PE calculation system was changed from Standalone to Consol making the PE lower just by it.
