One remedy I know is having complete faith and surrender to Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva is the lord of Moon. So on every Monday do jal(water) abhishek to Lord Shiva in your home itself. Then chant Om Namah Shivaya daily for minimum 108 times. Or more if you have time. Then if ur dealing with anxiety and stress and are afraid of something....please pray to Lord Kalabhairava....u can chant Kalabhairava astakam everyday. Your fears will leave you and your confidence levels will increase gradually. But I would suggest you to do water abhishekam to lord shiva daily
