Stop holding imbizos and wasting money. Just fix the problem. Get proper people in the jobs and get them to work. I’m am paying rates for imbizos and lunches at council meetings

Why do they always blame and punish the citizens who follow the rules for the failure of municipalities? 30% of water lost to leaks. If only this problem is solved, they would have almost double the water to supply to us, not to mention how much water is wasted by illegal connection. As we already saw in Alexander, where people who were connected illegally to eskom had up to 4 heaters on at the same time. Whereas me a person with a prepaid box can't even afford to have one electrical heater running. Now again, they ask us who are paying and already using water sparingly because we can't afford high bills. To cut down on using even more. This is really becoming ridiculous.

Build dams to catch all the leaking sewerage? As our streams and rivers get polluted daily due to poor infrastructure. Building dams is not the answer. Repair the infrastructure, that is what is needed.

Why? They admit they lose 30% of water to leaks. Meaning if they only fix the leaks, they would have almost double the supply. No additional dams even needed.
