@@dplocksmith91 eh, he has good knowledge in subjects he's interested in related subjects, and a scattering of other areas and even outside that they've pointed out that many of his questions are legitimate, just badly phrased. That's fairly common, to be fair. He DOES know obscure cultural traditions and other areas. He's used this to trick everyone in the trivia games before and has admitted that SOME of his behavior is played up for the show, but not all of it. And he's a bit more than just competent at his job, the entire team have admitted he's outright brilliant at it.

I'm starting to think when it comes to book smarts Gavin is pretty good in that category and is able to understand that type of knowledge really well, but when it comes to common knowledge, street smarts, or most video games he just turns into a absent minded fool and ends up making a lot of dumb mistakes.

What I'm getting from this is that there are 2 types of people who never watched _Star Wars_ 1. People who never watched _Star Wars_ but has enough information to at least understand something from the franchise due to a little sprinkle of interest and the people around them feeding information in one way or another. 2. Peopl who never watched _Star Wars_ and does not have any interest at all to get the information and likely had no people feeding information to them.

I think you're misunderstanding me. I mean that it isn't the same as the rest and I like that the videos are evolving, because if you keep doing the same stuff over and over again it just gets boring. So what I mean is, it's good to see the videos being different to the other source videos. Therefore not a proper source video as it shows more of the content then what the original video did, which is good.
