Gavin Friday on Shay Healy's ‘Nighthawks’, Ireland 1988 iTV's OTO show used a real bar in birmingham or some such.... it looks authentic... and it reminded me of a young jules holland giving it large as a member of an in house band making light with the ivories.... was he trynna invoke the spirit of the berlin cabaret...?
