As a Psychatric nurse myself I have in the past been bullied for over 2 years , it was not a nice experience. And for those civil servants nobody should experience been bullying , the anxiety having to face colleagues who behave and treat colleagues in this mannor its inhumane behaviour . Civil servants and we all go through tremendous STRESS & some people contemplate suicide rather than been treated in this way. Which effects Mental Health. Very true, having worked in overseas offices for large corporations I couldn’t agree more. The bullying in a lot of cases is very subtle but definitely there. It usually came from people who were severely lacking talent and thought they should be much higher in the company. They were mostly long term employees who’d been bypassed for promotion multiple times.
