Prot is such a lovely person. HIs philosophical thoughts on things are quite cozy. And I really love his Emacs plugins too. Would just be a wonderful person to get to know. I wish him the very best.

Great interview. Interesting to watch Protesilaos in a conversation setting. Besides beeing generous with all his work and philosophy he seems like a really good person.

These two guys achive what they do. I've learnt Emacs with them both. So good channels. Thanks!

Great interview! I enjoy both of your KZbin content. What happened to Common Lisp, really enjoyed that content. Would be cool to see an interview with the Nyxt folks.

The way that politics has become like the fandoms of rival sports teams should be a wake up call. That is similar to what happened between various political factions in Weimar.

I do wish more people were accepting of alternate political identities. I believe that we are better off with more familiarity with a greater variety of ways of thinking.

Sadly people get brainwashed easily, since they lack critical thinking, like Prot said. That's why they end up using VSCode!

Accelerationism sounds self-defeating. It really sounds dumb: "I hate A, there is too much of A. Let's do more A until it collapses. Oh, no there is too much of A!" Are there any successful practical accounts of this idea?
@GavinFreeborn4 ай бұрын
Not really. It's more of a theoretical thing. In some cases people think the same approach will result in drastically different results. Can't say I'm a big believer though so take what I say with a grain of salt
