I feel like Jensen being able to talk about Rust ,shows that he is healing from it. I know he can't talk about it openly ,but I feel like him being more able to talk about it with fans, is a huge step. I had been worried how he was dealing,but I feel better now.

@dribbledrivedog yeah I was worried someone would ask about it,but no one did. Everything he's mentioned about Rust , came from him. I feel like everyone knew it would be hard for him,and just gave him time and space. The fact he's mentioned it tells me he's healing from it. I hate how media has become,and can understand why he feels the way he does. I'm just glad he's healing from it.

@@peggybrozek684 yeah I felt the same way. I felt in the beginning he was down about,and was maybe afraid fans would ask about it. I felt maybe that was why at first Jared seemed more protective of him. I didn't know if anyone else felt that way, but he seemed to be ready to jump in if needed. I think fans not asking about it gave him the time and space he needed to heal,and feel safe to be more open. I know he can't talk about it because of the investigation,though Alec seems to have said enough. I'm just happy he seems happier and like he's healing from the tragedy. I do wish the SPN cast would come together and create a western for Jensen. Then maybe we could see everyone onscreen again. Like an anthology type thing, similar to American Horror Story. We could see the boys play different characters, with a new story every year. I know I'm dreaming.

Agree 100%. I am glad he had the opportunity to get that off his chest and I hope he feels a little better for it. It is so difficult for all of us to not react to news, narrative or some of the stupidity on social media sometimes, I cannot imagine what is must be like when it is about something so tragic, when someone you know is involved.

Jensen's comments on Rust, and the news media spewing out inaccurate facts on what happened was so sad to hear. I was close to some events that happened years ago that got international headlines (not as close as he was to this, but near enough to know some things that the wider public did not). I watched twisted accounts and inaccuracies fly all over the headlines, and man, did it forever change the way I looked at everything I thought I knew about the world. "Maddening" was the perfect description for how it made me feel at times. Luckily I learned to let the anger go and ignore most of it, because you can't live like that forever. Now I just feel sad and jaded, and like I can't trust anything that's fed to me by the news media anymore. I can't imagine having to go through all of that as a public figure, plus being so close physically and emotionally to this tragedy. Prayers for him

These guys can really brighten the mood, we can always count on that:) Hey, I don't know you and I know nothing about your life, but I believe you're going to find your way. Few years ago I was asking myself the same question. Felt like everything I was doing turned out wrong. Like Jared often says, “This too shall pass”. I struggled through it all and things eventually did get better. But I had to fight for that to happen. No one knows what future really holds. But we can try to write our own story the best we can. I just wish you all the best.

I am one also one of the newer "pandemic fans". I had a couple friends from summer camp who were mega fans and told me to watch it. I said I didn't like horror and kind of left it at that. That was over 5 years ago 😂 but it came up in my Netflix recommended this year, and after ignoring it still for weeks I said "what the heck, let's try it," and I can't believe what I've been missing out on! I'm hooked on the show and the cast is amazing. Can't believe I used to not know who these guys are! I'm trying my best to plan a convention trip for next year :)

I feel the same way.I only started watching in March, when Germany was in lockdown🙂 . In Germany, Supernatural is on Amazon Prime. I was never interested in it before (monster an Demon hunting was not for me). I then asked my son if he had ever seen Supernatural (my son is 21). He had seen it before and liked the series. I started watching it and now I'm addicted😅 . This has never happened to me before, that a series has thrilled me so much. Next year we're going to Vancouver for the convention 😃. I laughed when Jensen said that people put off watching Supernatural until the pandemic. I was one of them. My sister tried to get me to watch it for years and I assumed it would be to scary. She came over to my house during the pandemic and was watching it and I FINALLY looked at the screen and said, "I might have to try watching that" and I've been hooked ever since. The person that said Jared is adorable but Jensen is really hot is awesome. I also loved both of their answers to what storyline they would change. I would definitely watch sesame Street if they were on it. I don't care how old I am. The favorite Christmas answer from Jensen was cute.
