isn't it amazing how this technology works ?!?!?!?!?!?! whoever invented this device is a smart cookie :D i do not use any artificial speaking devices but i know what it is like to not have a voice! i have seen laryngectomys use a artificial larynx to speak sounds robotic but this speaking valve really helps a lot doesn't it ?!?!?!?!
