That is correct, even though this may be a little ridiculous in the case of this bike. It is a European bike, and hence, motor support is only availble up to 25 kph, a speed any racer exceeds on these same trails, without a motor, even though 20 kph is the maximum speed allowed on these trails.Of course, the rule was created with the up to 32 kph electric bikes are allowed to support in Canada in mind, not the lower 25 kph of European bikes.

OK Bart, the motor on my Innergy, is not giving it's all. How do you trim the adjustment on the right motor cover to get the motor governing to release more power i.e. the little hole on the right side of the hub, which way when looking at it do you turn it??

I do not know the answer Paul. How do you know the motor is not giving its all? I accept the bike and am happy with what it does. There are a few places here in Toronto where I have to get off and push, but there are not many of them and to me, that is just how this bike is. It is also not a race bike, as per European law, it stops pushing at 25 kph, a speed I don't need anyway.
