Narogami op 1 is one of the most stylistic opening of its time of realese. Fun fact: Yato one of the MC share the same V.A. with levi from attack on titan

Finally!! Both of these openings are CRAZY good! The show is also pretty good but a bit short. Would recommend to anyone that wants to watch a shorter anime

This show is absolutely great! It's only 2 seasons of 12 episodes at the moment (excluding 2 ova's) so it's not too long to watch. But it's funny, thoughtful and has amazing action and characters. It is very inspired by Bleach and Gintama. The premise/synopsis is that the more the people of Japan believe in certain folk gods the higher they are regarded by other gods and it lengthens their lifetime and existence. Our main character is one of these gods, yet his following has diminished to a dangerous point. He now goes around as a freelancer. Watch as out MC Yato makes new companions and goes back into the world of gods to fight, as disaster strikes around him.

As some1 that has seen both seasons and then read the manga this one is such an underrated anime. I think also both of the seasons were released alongside more well-known and anticipated ones so there is also that to consider. And yeah, the music, not just the OPs but the OSTs as well are really distinguishable. Out of all the anime music out there it says something.

It's a show about an ambitious minor Japanese god Yato, who's trying to climb up the ladder to become the number 1 god in Japan. It's a great show, and Yato is such a great character. He would sell his divine services any way he can, even tried to persuade a suicidal man while he's falling to his death.

I have seen both seasons and it’s incredible good. Both seasons are only 12 episodes each. So if you want a great watch and not a lot of time this is good go to. Also an interesting take of a uniquely Japanese culture aspect.

i really liked the anime, it speaks a nice story in a beatyful way and i dont like that it seems to not continue, its sad if a good story dont come till its end, wich is the reason i rarely rewatched noragami cause its sad every time u realize u wont get the following as anime (well at least i think the maga got further but mangas are also much more pricey in my opinion) also i dont consider following as a spoiler (at least not really) noragami is meaning kind of stray god with gami for god, if im remembering correktly, wich is the reason why i mentioned it, did i remember corectly? to 3 50 i would say its less an element of magic but more an element of supernatural (i mean magic is also an element of supernatural but not al supernatural elements are magical elements to 7 17 i understand what u mean its first season isnt that much of fighting as u seem to expect with more focus on these other elements, in the second season i think the balence got more in the favor of fighting if i remember corectly

Noragami is a good watch. Unfortunately the anime didn't finish the story that's because the manga is not done yet, reason why I read it. I am gonna get a lot of hate but Yukine is my favourite character, Yato is funny but also deserves to get punched in the face.

It is said that the anime never had a third season as they could not make a better opening... The story from the manga was never finished, so the second season has an open ending that should have been animated in the third season that the manga did not cover, I think. The anime itself is fun, You may like some characters and stuff but there is nothing great about it other than some fight scenes and the backstory of some of the characters. As You are just getting into anime, I recommend you not to watch Noragami just yet. Maybe in the future..? Still great openings and Main Character.

The manga is still not finished, yes, and but it's ongoing and goes to the end in the next volumes. The last volume (26) was released in japan in february 2023 and I think it's a shame what the anime had done in the last episodes and the ova's because they created something that means there will never be a third season. The anime adapted like 10 volumes (i'm not 100%sure, I read it years ago) and the story got better and better in the manga and more and more serious. I just wanted to make clear that the manga has more than enough story but the anime ruined the end and it can't follow the manga anymore (I think) and that it's still ongoing but close to the end. (I just wanted to make this clear. And sorry if the english is bad. It's not my first language)

@@izumireikawa wow I had no idea the manga was still ongoing. I really thought the mangaka had dropped it, as the last time I checked for.the last chapter it had been posted months ago. It could have been that the website itself was no longer translating and posting the manga. I Will look it up to finish the story!
