It’s dirt build up on the motor fan or fluff stuck on them, making it run off balance and the bearings don’t sound healthy either. It’s because you’ve used it bag less which is why all that fluff has gone through and built up in the motor and on the motor filter. This is why you shouldn’t use Henry’s bag less.

Look if you're going to use your henry in gardens and near water, then you are asking for a broken motor and it serves you right. Don't let your son play with and break them, youre supposed to act the sensible adult who should not let your kids mess wih electrical damage.

Do you know what had happened to Henry? Hard to see in the video if you found the fault. you didn't test Henry in the video either. It sounds like motor working normally, but something perhaps dust had come into the motor parts. Don't throw away and buy new! Repair instead, teach the children that it is more planet friendly and environment friendly to repair, not buy new, if you have to buy, then second-hand.
