This is like exactly how mario kart 8 deluxe would've remade GBA Rainbow Road, like how the hell did you nail the exact feel of an official mario kart 8 track, I am flabbergasted, I am stunned, and I applaud you. I feel about it kinda the same way I feel about N64 Rainbow Road. It got remixed in a very upbeat style, giving it a kind of celebratory feel, but sadly taking away a part of the magic that made the original. Still a great song, but that worries me that Nintendo would probably do the same if they remix it, which hurts me a bit, because magic and nostalgia are my favorite things in the og GBA RR.

all due respect, but i think you might got some rose-tinted glasses on cos at least in my opinion, the og song was sooooo empty and that wouldnt translate well into MK8 style 😭 tho others may view my stance differently when i make these covers, i kinda have to balance on a fine line of "keep it the faithful" and "make it new", if i tried to please the nostalgia-people to the fullest extent, it would just end up sounding like a soundfont-swap and i aint about to do that lol sorry ur not pleased with this cover but i do appreciate every piece of feedback i get :) ❤

Another certified banger. Might be the best rendition of this song I've heard, competing with Katsumaru's I've long thought that Super Circuit has a pretty underrated RR theme. I mean, it's probably still the second worst one (I really don't like SNES's), but that's just cause the bar is really high; literally all the other ones are amazing. But GBA RR is still a pretty good song in its own right imo
