Lets not forget on the whole the police are frightened due to the often aggressive behaviour and a willing to escalate and show no fear or respect for the judicial system these people have you will notice the police often become a lot more power crazed and they will also escalate a situation when dealing with a submissive individual. Try recruiting people who can communicate be street wise and have a presence that would help
