You need to be more specific, a woman is a child hearing adult of the human race. Whether or not medical complications exist or not, they are biologically required to propagate the human race. As for trans, no, they are not women, as they cannot conceive nor carry, further more they are castratred males who have undergone on a colonoscopy.
