They've accused young people of being lazy & entitled so that's their votes gone. They've accused non christians of being against British values and non christians are the majority (that includes athiests). They've attacked unions. They attack all public sector workers from teachers to doctors to police. I believe they may have had a go at LGBT people as well at various points Who is there left to vote for them other than white, straight, middle class, middle aged & elderly people who don't work in public services and are christians with English heritage going back a few generations? The two-party conferences held this week couldn’t have been more contrasting, one being uplifting the other being depressing even suicidal. The Reform UK Party Conference looked to be full with its members listening to enthusiastic, energetic, sensible and patriotic speeches. Labour strutting around because they got 412 MPs in parliament but that doesn't tell the whole story. There were 48M registered to vote & only 9.7M voted Labour. If Farage can convince the 38M that didn't vote Labour to give Reform a try 2029 he will be home & dry. If Labour got 9.7M votes 2024 they will struggle to get half that 2029 after they been in power 5 years.

I am old and I can remember politicians coming on TV telling us then workers, to get a second pension. The state pension would not be enough we were told repeatedly So we didn’t eat out , didn’t go on holidays did our own DIY and so took out a second pensions.
