Besides, a two state solution is exactly what the Palestinians did accept, the Oslo accords between Yasser Arafat and Yitzhak Rabin in 1993. Look them up. Israel never implemented the two-state solution however, Rabin was assasinated by an Israeli extremist two years later, and the Israeli army and settlers never withdrew from the West Bank which was considered as Palestinian territory.

As for the Oslo accords, we can get into a back and forth on this but it's academic. This conflict (from the point of view of the various terror groups) was never about land. Ask yourself, why the same ideology that is attacking the Jews is also attacking, Druze, Yazidis, Alewites, Bah'is, Christians, Zoroastrians, Kurds etc etc etc. Where is the land dispute with these minorities? Further, between the French and English, the following countries were created around the time Israel was created, giving land/power to some and not others. These being Lebanon, Syrian State, Iraq, Transjordan & Saudi Arabia. Where is the war against these countries by those who feel aggrieved. There were certainly winners and losers here too yet no war, certainly nothing even close to what the various terror groups (and Iran) are doing to the Jews. You will not understand this conflict until you understand this is about ideology.
