Princess Catherine is a very good listener and keen to ask for others opinions etc. She once told a child who asked her what it's like to be working as a Princess, and she said that it's a ongoing hands in learning experience. A wise and humble reply. One can't set boundaries as to how much one needs to learn and one needs to be open minded to others advice, suggestions and not feel one knows better. To always rather feel one can do better and be willing to learn from others, learn to take instructions before giving instructions oneself etc. I think Megan needs to go on like a people's person course, learning how to speak to staff, encourage them, listen to them and people in general.
