🌟 MP’s should be loyal to their stated beliefs, not blindly loyal to their party if they go off at a tangent. Suella Braverman should most certainly join Reform UK if the Conservative Party fails to learn the lesson it has just been given by the electorate. “Leave ECHR and deal with the migrant numbers be they legal or illegal”. We need a referendum on what the maximum number of migrants per year. This should be decided by the people, not a different set of MP’s every five years.

Brexit offered the opportunity of 'Singapore in Europe', much derided by the liberal pundit class. Shall we look at Singapore's performance as a nation: "Singapore's economy has been consistently ranked as the most open in the world, the joint 4th-least corrupt, and the most pro-business. Singapore has low tax-rates and the second highest per-capita GDP in the world in terms of purchasing power parity" Something like that could've been a possibility. As it is, we are the *27th* performing economy in the developed world. But to do something like look after our own interests is beyond the pale for our political class. We are rule takers, not rule makers these days.
